There’s a multi-functional button at the back of each hearing aid that lets you adjust the volume manually. But for even more control, you can use our app to fine-tune other settings like volume, listening modes, and frequency—all from your phone.

Cleaning our hearing aids is really simple & easy, with all you having to do is remove the ear domes and wash them in warm, soapy water.

Then, for the rest of the hearing aid, you can gently wipe them down with a dry cloth to remove any dirt & debris.

If needed, you’re able to soak a paper towel in rubbing alcohol and gently clean each hearing aid, making sure to dry it right after.
